When to Seek Help

If you’re concerned about someone’s mental health, don’t wait to reach out. Common warning signs include:

  • Sudden anger or violent behavior
  • Substance or alcohol use
  • Dependence on painkillers or opioids
  • Persistent sadness or hopelessness
  • Self-harm or thoughts of suicide
  • Hallucinations or delusional thinking
  • Extreme mood swings
  • Risky or overly sexual behavior

You can walk in anytime, day or night, for a confidential mental health assessment – no appointment needed. We’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because crises don’t always follow a schedule.

Our Programs

Our inpatient psychiatric programs are focused on helping individuals stabilize during times of crisis and build a strong foundation for long-term wellness. We also offer outpatient group therapy programs for continued support after hospitalization or as a stand-alone treatment option. Treatment may include:

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis
  • Physical exams and lab testing
  • Medication management
  • Daily meetings with psychiatric staff
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy and coping skills
  • Group therapy and psychoeducation classes
  • Recreational therapy – including yoga, art, music, sports, pet, and horticulture activities
  • Individual and family therapy
  • Personalized discharge and aftercare planning

Each patient is supported by a dedicated treatment team of physicians, therapists, nurses, and mental health professionals. Your primary therapist coordinates your care plan and ensures a smooth transition through every level of treatment.
